"He taught him horsemanship, archery and how to wield lasso, rein and stirrup, and what and when and how, the rites of of convivial society, of formal ceremony and the symposium; hawking, falconry and how to hunt with the cheetah; what was justice or the lack of it; what the throne and the crown meant; how to deliver orations and how to go to war and lead an army."

Eagle Woman
Image from Scott Elliot, Darne guy, veteran, PI-- and no, we don't know where it is from, though there is a faint air of Almaty fashion (use search bar) and Kazakh rock, as well as Asian hunting......
Moro Rogers--I doubt it. I mean, look how skinny her arms are--no jaws to speak of, and even with a spear or knife, I doubt it. Of course, if she had a gun or was a competent archer, maybe.......Oh, you weren't talking about the EAGLE were you?.....L.B.

Looks like it appeared in British Vogue. Here's a model agency that features the work:

But can she kill a wolf?

She is attractive but the eagle is as big an eye magnet. It looks like the lights are on and someone is home there.
